Sheila Minkah-Premo is the Managing Consultant of ALC LAW CONSULT and holds a B. A. (Hons), from the University of Ghana, Legon a B. L. from the Ghana School of Law and LL. M from the Georgetown University, U.S.A. (1995). She has been a member of the Ghana Bar Association since 1989.
Nana Kegya Appiah-Adu (Mrs.), a Senior Consultant with ALC LAW CONSULT, holds a B.A, an LL.B and an LL.M. She is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the International Bar Association. Nana’s main areas of specialization are Banking Law, Contract Law and Company Secretarial Services. She speaks French fluently and has a working knowledge of French.
Shormeh Omaboe, an Associate with ALC LAW CONSULT, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in French (B.A French) from the University College London (UCL), as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from City University, London, UK. In addition, she has completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) for Solicitors in London. Shormeh also holds an LLM (Master of Laws) Degree from Duke University School of Law, North Carolina, USA. She was called to the Bar of Ghana in 2017.
