How we Operate

Services are provided for clients in three main ways:-

1. On retainership basis
Clients may enter into retainership agreements with the firm, to enable it to provide long-term services for them. Clients on retainership pay a fixed monthly fee to cover all services except litigation and receive priority in the provision of services.

2. Ad-hoc services
Services can also be provided on ad-hoc basis, with fees negotiated for each matter referred to us. The fees could either be fixed fees or hourly rates.

3. Cost only legal aid services
As our service to society, we provide cost only legal aid services for a limited number of clients, who cannot afford legal services.

4. Fees
The Ghana Bar Association Scale of Fees guides us in determining the fees payable for services.
